Thi Hoang, Chief Revenue Officer

Thi Hoang is the Chief Revenue Officer at Sierra Health + Wellness Centers.

She is an experienced Chief Revenue Officer with an extensive background in medical billing, accounts receivable, admissions, collections, and audits.

As Chief Revenue Officer, part of my responsibility is to ensure that Sierra Health + Wellness is financially sound. To do this, I must fully understand the financial restraints and impact of each client who comes into treatment.
As I connect to this purpose, I look back upon my own struggles stemming from escaping the Vietnam war and coming to a country with very little resources. I have tried to mirror the charity that has been afforded to my family and to the organizations who have open their hearts to us.
In the behavioral space, our driving force is rooted in the belief that understanding human behavior is key to making meaningful and positive changes in individuals’ lives and society as a whole. Through the work that I perform, I am truly blessed that I am able to help another individual. This connecting to purpose has allowed me personal growth, strengthen my interpersonal connections and contribute to societal progress.
