Wow! I read some of the bad reviews I am surprised by there words. I thought it was an amazing facility. They had maid service kept the place so clean. The staff were all very kind and truly cared about our recovery. the food was very good. I was blessed to be there.

I feel like this is the place to gain a solid foundation and good grasp of addiction what it does and how to overcome. This place has staff who truly care and go the distance with you.

The staff here is on call at all hours, and is truly remarkable in both care and staying punctual. Patients requiring medicine were promptly and professionally managed, these nurses truly do work hard and care. I personally enjoyed the weekly meditation and yoga classes. Also, the personal chef preparing every meal really helps. I appreciated the directors personal attention to all manners, which showed me even from the top- the entire staff cares.

Over the last 16 years, I’ve been to multiple treatment centers both as a client and as a supportive family member. Rarely have I experienced a symbiosis of care, quality of facilities, and professionalism like my little brother was provided at Sierra Health + Wellness. From our initial phone conversations, to intake, and now his continued care – the journey has gone as smoothly as humanly possible. There are always surprises along the way and a program’s ability to morph in stride is critical. Sierra Health + Wellness rolled with the punches and included our family as well as his therapist at home. This is one of the best programs around. Period.

Struggling with an addiction is incredibly difficult resulting in multiple exposures with treatment and detox centers. Sierra Health + Wellness redefines what a treatment center should be. The staff is exceptionally capable of providing heartfelt support to those experiencing crisis-inducing addiction issues. This review lacks the eloquence appropriate for describing the quality of care that is given at this center. I truly appreciate the non-judgmental, highly intelligent, and very patient care given to me during this unfortunate relapse.

My husband has been struggling with alcoholism for a while, and I began looking for potential residential programs that might be a good fit for him. I filled out an online form with my insurance information to get a quote and more information, and received a call no more than 10 minutes later. I did not expect that at all! Alexa was on the other end of the line and was so caring, thoughtful, and informative not only during that first call, but throughout the week as the situation with my husband escalated. She and Sierra Health + Wellness were so helpful in helping me figure out the best way to get a referral from my insurance, and even gave some advice and comfort as I contemplated taking my husband to the ER (with the explicit caveat that they are not medical professionals). Alexa checked in regularly to see if we needed any help in getting my husband to the facility and had provided lots of helpful information about the program beforehand so my husband could make an informed choice about which program he wanted to go to. This was about a week ago. Fast forward to today. My husband has been in the program for about a week. Even after he entered the program, Alexa has been really helpful and responsive with some follow up questions I had. As for the program itself, it seems to be wonderful. Great structure, great staff, great facilities (my husband is at the house in Concord, CA). Of course, any program is only as good as someone’s commitment to recovery and of course recovery is a lifelong journey. However, it does seem (and I am hopeful) that Sierra Health + Wellness is giving him a solid foundation to support this journey throughout his life. The staff and facilities here are great. I felt very comfortable and had a great experience. I would recommend them highly for anyone having an issue with substance abuse.

I would highly recommend this facility to anyone in need of inpatient drug or alcohol rehabilitation. Wonderful and caring staff! amazing nurses ! Extremely professional . Doctor’s and psychiatrist were so helpful and got me on the perfect balance of medications to manage my substance abuse problem and chronic back pain as well as depression and anxiety . Loa you my №1. Love you all . I’m sincerely going to miss you guys .

Came here just before Christmas of 2023 and spent 90 days of recovery here. The amount of growth that occurred for me was astonishing and it was the best choice I made for myself. 10/10 staff. Very friendly and welcoming. Stellar therapy team too. I can honestly say I was a little sad to be leaving. Felt like home at the end, and I will miss see everyone. All that to say I’m wildly thankful for the “Sierra Health + Wellness” they helped me find in my life. If you or anyone you know needs support in recovery I highly recommend this facility.

Unfortunately, I had to discharge from NSRS after only 21 days of treatment due to issues with my insurance company. The program changed my life. Every single therapist on staff are in recovery and passionate about helping us step out of the throes of active addiction. The classes were always engaging. I developed friendships with my peers and for the first time, I didn’t feel so alone. The only negative part of the program is that it took longer for me to take care of my outside responsibilities than I had expected due to very limited phone use. With that said, if residents were allowed to have their cell phones all day, there would be tons of stressors coming in from people outside the program (i.e. family bickering, non-sober friends, etc). Thank you to all the staff, Jenna, Micah, Mrs. Charlotte, Valerie, Jem, the nursing staff, the cooking staff, and a special thank you to my amazing therapist, Arthur. Your love and support saved my life.

The staff is amazing from the director to the groundskeepers all professional and approachable with any issue. The food is top notch expertly prepared with attention paid to those with special dietary needs. The counseling staff are outstanding each one bringing their own experience and unique personality to share with the group and in doing so becoming relatable to each individual in the group. If I could rate at 10 stars I would.
