Nikhil Singal, Vice-President of Operations

Nikhil Singal is an experienced executive healthcare leader with a demonstrated history of working in the hospital and healthcare industry. Nikhil joined Sierra Health + Wellness Centers in October 2021, where he serves as the Vice President of Operations.

In this role, he oversees all residential and detox programs in Concord, Bangor, and Sacramento, California.

I was geared toward service and being in healthcare since I was a child. During my adolescent years, I had the fortune to have incredible personal experiences with a few physicians. It was at that time I realized how our health is so fundamental to our lives.
We have the opportunity to improve, maintain, and reduce the decline for the health of others. This work is incredibly fulfilling to me, and I feel privileged to serve at Sierra Health + Wellness Centers.
Working in mental health and addiction services has been especially rewarding for me. We often work with individuals who are at one of the most vulnerable times in life, and I am honored to help support the sacred connection between our caregivers and patients as we aim to restore others.

Nikhil earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Furman University — and graduated Cum Laude, with Honors, and on the Dean’s List, and a Masters in Health Administration from Medical College of Virginia at Virginia Commonwealth University.
