IOP Minimum Attendance Requirement: 9 hours a week, 3 hours per session. Day and Evening Sessions are Available.
Intensive outpatient programs IOPs work best for individuals with substance use disorders (including dual diagnosis) who do not require medical detox or 24-hour supervision. Customized treatment plans are developed for each client.
An IOP is an opportunity for individuals to continue addiction recovery after residential rehab. This includes those with dual diagnosis issues such as depression, anxiety or other mental health issues.
Our IOP treatment seeks to establish psychosocial supports and facilitate relapse prevention and coping strategies. Outpatient addiction treatment includes Brainspotting with CADC II and Masters Level counselors.
Evening groups are available so that clients are able to meet home, work, and school commitments. Individual therapy is also part of IOP and integrates care for co-occurring disorders (such as depression, anxiety, or trauma) as part of the treatment process. Random drug testing is also part of the IOP process.
IOP is transitional in nature and includes two specific step-down phases.
In addition to group sessions, each client meets with a counselor each week to individualize their treatment experience. Recovery Happens IOP is dedicated to providing optimal care for each client’s unique needs.
